The Bürgerspital Solothurn has more than 3,000 employees who treat over 9,000 patients every year and ensure medical care in the city and region of Solothurn. On the occasion of the new building, the hospital decided on the OPASCA Patient Workflow Suite. Hospital management sees great advantages in the implementation of electronic data management from the check-in of the first patient to complete document management. Because better efficiency, safety and quality of care go hand in hand. With the introduction of the Patient Workflow Suite, patient waiting times are reduced and a higher standard of care is achieved. The staff is also significantly relieved by the OPASCA systems - this leaves up to 15% more time for patient care.
