The configuration is based on your clinic‘s own workflow: from the simple provision of information, orientation aid, and acquiering of basic information from the health insurance card (Patient Registration) or a patient photo (PhotoIn) to assistance systems (Queuing), admission, and emergency information. Content can also be set up in multiple languages to overcome language barriers and facilitate understanding. Operating terminals have become indispensable in modern everyday life. Clinics can also use the advantages of digitized processes for themselves. The Welcome Terminal offers your patients the opportunity to register themselves, for example with their personal health card or a PIN code, and to call up further information about their stay. In your hospital information system, the patient immediately appears as "present". Then either a waiting ticket with the relevant, hospital-specific information is issued or a personal patient pass with an individual combination of color and number, which accompanies patients with a longer treatment duration in all further processes.
