We are still overwhelmed by the numerous booth visitors of our appearance at DEGRO 2023, the largest congress with industry exhibition in the field of radiotherapy. From June 22 to 24, we were on site with our dedicated team of 18 employees and had inspiring conversations with numerous visitors and industry partners. It was a special and valuable experience to showcase our digital workflow and safety innovations for the radiotherapy sector and to demonstrate to visitors first-hand how OPASCA is revolutionizing the future of medical treatment.
OPASCA is a leading digitization company specializing in workflow and safety solutions for the radiation therapy field. Our innovative solutions help clinics streamline operations, ensure patient and staff safety, and generate seamless integration with other systems, such as products of Varian and Elekta.
At our booth, we offered visitors the opportunity to actively walk through different user stories. One highly frequented example was our InClinic solution, where visitors of DEGRO 2023 could scan their electronic health card at our welcome terminal to receive their individual patient passport. With this passport, they were then called to the OPASCA Patient Desk at our infotainment screens, where they could fill out and sign admission documents. Another popular user story involved checking in at the clinic using our Patient Passport. Over 300 OPASCA Cards were sent out in advance for visitors to check themselves in at the booth. After ordering a drink at the check-in terminal, they were called for an individual consultation via our Patient Navigation guidance system.
We also proudly presented our solutions for patient validation, ensuring personal safety and our Smart Manager Terminal. All visitors had the opportunity to explore our Ambient features by adjusting the lighting at the booth to your individual preferences or connecting their own device to play music. Many interested people also explored the OPASCA showroom on their own, where all our solutions were presented in detail. It was a pleasure for us to see how visitors of DEGRO 2023 were impressed by the innovative and intuitive technology and the numerous benefits that our solutions offer. We would therefore like to take this opportunity to thank our stand builders from Standcraft, who transformed our stand into an impressive presentation area.
We were particularly pleased to welcome many familiar faces and existing customers. Rosenheim Hospital is currently in the planning phase to introduce our solutions. At our booth you could already experience a demonstration of some of the planned solutions and enjoy a foretaste of the workflow optimized by OPASCA. We were also particularly pleased to welcome the Stuttgart Hospital. Due to the successful implementation of our solutions in the Clinic for Radiation Therapy and Radiooncology in Stuttgart, we are now looking forward to equipping 52 more of their clinics with our solutions. These successes are our testament to the effectiveness and added value of our technology. We are pleased to see more and more clinics adopting our solutions to improve their patient care and increase the efficiency of their operations.
Another highlight at DEGRO 2023 was the exchange with other industry partners such as Varian and Elekta. We greatly appreciate working with such renowned companies to provide seamless interoperability and a holistic solution for radiotherapy. The dialogue and collaboration with our partners is of high value to drive advances in medical technology and provide the best possible solutions to our customers.
Our appearance at DEGRO 2023 was a great success and gave us the opportunity to present our proven solutions to a broad audience. We are thrilled with the interesting conversations, the positive reactions of the visitors and the new partnerships we were able to establish.
