Patient Registration is part of the Workflow Suite.

​​​Patient Registration is designed to optimize the preparation of an inpatient or prehospital admission of elective patients. At the Welcome Terminal, the master data of your patient are acquired and compared with the information from the HIS/OIS. For this purpose, the health insurance card or a QR code provided in advance can be read. Your patient then selects his request (e.g., by medical specialty) and is automatically placed in the appropriate queue. Finally, your
patient receives information on the next steps and is asked to take a seat in the waiting area and wait for the call. 

Patient Registration is ideally complemented by Patient Calling for convenient and privacy-compliant patient calling, and the Patient Desk, which you can use to provide your patients with digital forms to fill out and sign.
